How You Can Help

As a sponsor, you have an opportunity to be part of the discipling process by reaching out to a child in need that will allow that child to hear and respond to God’s Good News and carry it to others. Your monthly donation will offset your sponsored child’s expenses to receive a Christian education, nutritional and medical attention, discipline, shelter, support, and encouragement in a loving Christian home. With your help, a child can begin to develop his/her God-given talents and find hope for the future.

College Sponsorship…Equipping Leaders

Unemployment rates are as high as 70% in the Philippines. Without a quality education a child has little hope of earning a living for himself and his family in adulthood. And, without a means to earn a living and function as a productive part of society, our disciples will find it difficult to make other disciples. That’s why higher education—college or trade training—is a vital part of the discipleship process at Christians’ Haven.

Each year, an ever-increasing number of our youth prepare to make the important transition from high school to college or vocational school. While the cost of a college education in the Philippines is much lower than that in the States, CH is unable to meet the requirements for each child eligible unless sponsorship is obtained.

For $120/mth you can help provide tuition, books, meals, lodging, and transportation to enable a young man or woman to obtain academic qualifications and practical leadership skills needed to achieve his or her God-given potential. This will develop Christian leaders who will influence families, communities, the Philippines, and the world for God.

The First Step

Select the option for sponsorship you desire.
• Become a Disciple Level Sponsor for $120/mth (full sponsorship for one child)
• Become one of Multiple Sponsors for one child at levels of $40/mth (Standard Sponsorship) and up
Because Christians’ Haven provides full residential care for children who have no other place to go, costs per child are considerably higher than some other programs. For this reason multiple sponsors are sought for each resident child.
• Become a College/Trade School Sponsor at $120/mth.

Follow Up

Based upon availability, we will choose a child waiting for your love and send you a photo and profile of your sponsored child. We will encourage you to build a relationship with your sponsored child by praying for him/her and sending letters, cards, and photos. Your sponsored child will be encouraged to pray for you and write to you as well.
