Henry E. Webb, Retired Professor

Education: Cincinnati Bible Seminary, Cincinnati, Ohio, A.B., 1943; Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, Ph.B., 1944; Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky, B.D., 1946, Ph.D., 1954; Union Seminary, New York, NY; Oxford University, Oxford, England.

Professional: Ministered to congregations in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia; instructor, Milligan College in Greek and church history, 1950; chairman, area of Biblical studies, 1963; retired, Milligan, 1990; served on the original faculty of Emmanuel School of Religion, 1967-1970; serves on faculty of the Institute for Biblical Studies of Training Christians for Ministry (TCM) in Vienna, Austria.

Publications: author of In Quest of Christian Unity: A History of the Restoration Movement, 1990; numerous articles in Christian Standard.

Activities: Member of the American Society of Church History, Disciples of Christ Historical Society, Theta Phi, and the Convening Committee of the Open Forum of Christian Churches; served on the Theological Study Commission of the World Convention of Churches of Christ and the editorial board of Discipliana; appointed to Tennessee Commission on Holocaust Remembrance; serves as a director of Holston Habitat for Humanity.

Angelica Dapanas Oosting, Missionary

Professional: Intern, Cebu Prawn Hatchery, 1993; Current Missionary, Christians' Haven, Inc.

Activities: Worship leader in home church in Philippines; prison ministry volunteer; youth evangelism volunteer; youth program teacher.

Jacklyn K. Oosting,
Vice President of consulting firm

Education: Towson State University, Towson, Maryland, B.S., 1977; Milligan College, Tennessee, Elementary Education Certification, 1977.

Professional: Teacher, Juvenile Department of Corrections, State of Tennessee; juvenile teacher, Department of Mental Health, State of Tennessee; current vice president, Oosting and Associates.

Activities: Serves as treasurer of Williamson Christian College; served as superintendent of Sunday School; headed up Ladies Circle; church camp representative; member of a Sunday school class 40 years; helped with financial mission support; taught junior high and adult Sunday school; traveled to Philippines on mission work.

Ken Oosting, Missionary

Charles McNeely ,
President of Louisville Bible College

Chuck McNeely has been President of Louisville Bible College since November 2004, having served earlier in the year as Interim President. Prior to his work with LBC, he has been Senior Minister of Southeast Christian Church in Orlando, FL; President of Lincoln Christian College and Seminary in Lincoln, IL; President of Dallas Christian College; and Academic Dean of Pacific Christian College (now Hope International University) in Fullerton, CA.

In addition to the above ministries, Chuck has been a consultant with Christian churches and Christian colleges for over 30 years. He has also served as President of the 1998 National Missionary Convention, and National Registration Chairman of the 1997 North American Christian Convention.

Chuck and his wife, Jane, have three daughters and three grandchildren in Orlando, FL.
